We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong technical knowledge of design software, print production, engraving, product mockups, and branding.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can create high-quality designs for customized corporate gifts, product branding, engraving, marketing materials, brochures, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various design file formats, print-ready artwork preparation, product logo placement, 3D-style product presentations, and high-resolution image editing. The candidate should be proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design tools.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Branding: Create creative and professional designs for corporate gifts, promotional products, customized merchandise, and branding materials.
• Print-Ready Artwork: Prepare print-ready files for various printing methods, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, color settings, bleed, and output specifications.
• Engraving Designs: Create precise vector artwork suitable for laser engraving and other engraving applications on products such as pens, bottles, trophies, plaques, metal gifts, and other customized items.
• Product Mockups: Develop realistic and professional product mockups to showcase customized gifts and branding concepts before production.
• Logo Placement & Product Branding: Position and adapt customer logos accurately on different products, considering size, alignment, visibility, and production requirements.
• 3D-Style Product Designs: Create visually appealing 3D-style designs, product presentations, effects, and branding previews wherever required.
• Brochures & Marketing Materials: Design professional brochures, catalogues, product flyers, company profiles, promotional materials, and corporate gifting presentations.
• Website & Digital Graphics: Create high-resolution product images, website banners, promotional graphics, and digital marketing creatives optimized for online use.
• Image Editing & Enhancement: Edit, retouch, resize, enhance, and optimize product photographs while maintaining high visual quality.
• File Format Management: Work confidently with AI, CDR, PSD, PDF, SVG, EPS, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, and other commonly used design formats, ensuring compatibility with printing, engraving, and digital publishing workflows.
• Production Coordination: Coordinate with printing vendors, production teams, and internal departments to ensure artwork accuracy and smooth execution.
• Design Quality Control: Check artwork, spelling, dimensions, logo accuracy, resolution, and final output files before sending them for production.

Required Skills & Software KnowledgeCandidates should have practical working knowledge of the following:

• CorelDRAW: Vector design, logo placement, layout preparation, print-ready artwork, and engraving-ready files.
• Adobe Photoshop: Product image editing, photo retouching, background removal, mockup creation, image enhancement, and creative effects.
• Canva: Brochures, presentations, social media creatives, promotional designs, and marketing materials.
• Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics, logo preparation, and scalable artwork (an added advantage).
• 3D Design & Mockup Tools: Basic knowledge of 3D effects, product visualization, realistic mockups, and presentation techniques.
• AI-Powered Design Tools: Familiarity with modern AI-based design and image-enhancement tools is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge RequiredThe candidate should understand:

• Vector and raster graphics and the differences between them.
• The appropriate use of CDR, AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPEG, and TIFF formats.
• High-resolution artwork preparation for professional printing.
• RGB and CMYK color modes and their applications.
• DPI, image resolution, bleed, margins, and print dimensions.
• Vector path preparation and artwork requirements for laser engraving.
• Transparent backgrounds, image masking, clipping paths, and background removal.
• Product mockup creation and accurate logo positioning on different surfaces.
• Exporting files in the correct formats for print, engraving, websites, and digital marketing.
• Qualifications & ExperienceA degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Practical experience in graphic design, product branding, printing, or customized merchandise is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
• A portfolio demonstrating product mockups, logo designs, print layouts, brochures, and image editing will be an advantage.
• Personal SkillsStrong creativity and visual design sense.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Good time management and the ability to handle multiple design tasks.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and design techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
