The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer requirements, create professional designs, prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with the production team to ensure high-quality final output.

🎯 JOB SUMMARYAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will handle a wide range of commercial design requirements, customer artwork, print-ready files and production-related design work.

You should have strong practical knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and commercial printing requirements.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling design projects from customer requirement → design → revisions → final approval → print-ready artwork.

• 🖨️ Printing & Production ArtworkPrepare accurate print-ready artwork.
• Understand different printing requirements and specifications.
• Set correct dimensions, layouts and page sizes.
• Maintain proper margins, bleed and alignment.
• Check image quality and resolution before printing.
• Understand CMYK/RGB and basic colour requirements.
• Prepare artwork suitable for digital production printers.
• Coordinate with the production team for smooth printing and finishing.
• Make corrections and revisions based on customer requirements.
• 🤝 Customer Requirement HandlingUnderstand customer design requirements clearly.
• Discuss design concepts and provide suitable suggestions.
• Make design changes based on customer feedback.
• Handle multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Ensure final designs meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with the front-office/sales team when required.
• 🔍 Quality CheckingCheck spelling, alignment, dimensions and design quality before final printing.
• Ensure files are properly prepared for production.
• Verify artwork before sending it to print.
• Identify and correct design or formatting issues.
• Maintain consistency and professional quality across all designs.

💼 RELATED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERREDCandidates with experience in related industries will be strongly preferred.

🚫 IMPORTANT – THIS IS A PRINTING & COMMERCIAL DESIGN ROLEThis position is primarily focused on commercial graphic design, printing and signage work.

Candidates with practical experience in printing press, digital printing, flex, signage, advertising or commercial graphic design are preferred.

This is not primarily a social-media-only graphic designer position.

🎓 ELIGIBILITYQualification: Diploma / Any Graduate / Graphic Design-related qualification preferred

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Candidates should have:

• Strong practical graphic design skills
• Good knowledge of commercial printing
