Job Description
Role Overview:
We are hiring dedicated Seva Sarathi - Branch Facilitators to assist walk-in customers with KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and account updates directly at SBI bank branches. This is a non-sales, desk-based role with fixed working hours and a stable monthly salary structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers at the SBI branch with completing and updating their KYC details.
- Guide customers on filling out forms, uploading documents, and verifying identity proofs.
- Maintain basic daily records of completed KYC updates.
- Ensure smooth, helpful, and professional service for bank visitors.
Key Highlights:
- No Targets & No Field Work: 100% branch/desk-based role (Govt-style working model).
- Work Timings: Fixed day shift, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 In-Hand (₹23,000 Gross).
Candidate Eligibility:
- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree / Graduate is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience required.
- Location: Candidates living in nearby local areas are preferred.
