Academic Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Academic Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day academic activities of our institute. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with students and faculty, maintaining academic schedules and records, monitoring class activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily academic activities and class schedules.
• Prepare and maintain faculty timetables and student schedules.
• Coordinate with faculty members regarding classes, syllabus completion, assessments, and academic requirements.
• Monitor student attendance and follow up on attendance-related issues.
• Maintain student academic records, attendance, assessments, and other documentation.
• Coordinate examinations, assignments, presentations, practical sessions, and academic activities.
• Communicate academic schedules, notices, and updates to students and faculty.
• Handle routine student and faculty queries and escalate issues when required.
• Monitor the progress of batches and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and other academic events.
• Prepare academic reports and submit them to the management.
• Ensure proper coordination between the academic team and management.
• Support the institute in maintaining discipline and academic standards.
• Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
• EligibilityBBA / MBA graduates preferred.
• Graduates from other relevant disciplines may also be considered.
• Freshers with good communication and organizational skills can apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in an educational institution, training institute, or academic coordination will be preferred.
