BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) – ELECTRICALS
Company: Eshop Electricals & Lighting
Are you good at building relationships and converting opportunities into business?
Join our growing team and take responsibility for developing our B2B Electrical business across contractors, builders, developers, institutions and projects.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new B2B customers & projects
- Meet contractors, builders, developers & key customers
- Generate enquiries and convert them into orders
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Follow up quotations, orders & payments
- Identify new projects and market opportunities
- Achieve sales and business-development targets
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts & Delivery teams
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate/Diploma or relevant qualification
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Electrical industry experience is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willing to travel and meet customers
- Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred
