Delivery AgentAbout the RoleFamto is looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-friendly Delivery Agents to join our delivery team. The role involves picking up orders from restaurants, stores, and other partner businesses and delivering them safely and on time to customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up customer orders from restaurants, shops, and partner businesses.
• Deliver food, groceries, medicines, bakery items, and other products safely and promptly.
• Follow GPS navigation and optimized delivery routes.
• Verify orders before pickup and delivery.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers and merchants.
• Handle cash or digital payment collections when required.
• Update order status accurately through the Famto Delivery Partner App.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety procedures.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the support team.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• RequirementsValid two-wheeler and driving licence.
• Smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
• Knowledge of local roads and locations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
