Field Sales Executive

1. Field Lead Generation – Generate new customer enquiries through field visits, local networking, referrals, events and promotional activities.
2. Market Development – Identify and develop potential markets around Kazhakootam, Trivandrum and nearby upcountry locations.
3. Customer Visits – Meet prospective customers at their homes, workplaces, offices and business locations to understand their requirements.
4. Product Promotion – Explain the EV motorcycle’s features, performance, running-cost benefits, charging, battery warranty and service support.
5. Test Ride Generation – Identify interested customers and arrange test rides at the showroom or suitable locations.
6. Lead Follow-up – Regularly follow up with leads generated from field activities through calls, WhatsApp and personal visits.
7. Corporate & Institutional Sales – Develop opportunities with companies, institutions, delivery businesses, commercial users and other bulk customers.
8. Sales Conversion – Convert field-generated leads into showroom visits, test rides, bookings and vehicle deliveries.
9. Local Marketing Activities – Support roadshows, display activities, apartment/community campaigns, corporate visits and other promotional activities.
10. Daily Reporting & Target Achievement – Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions and achieve assigned monthly targets.
