About FamtoFamto is a growing hyperlocal delivery and services platform based in Kerala. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Finance Executive to manage both Human Resources and Finance responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (50%)

• Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening and interviews.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Assist with HR policies, employee coordination and performance records.
• Maintain confidential employee information.

Finance & Accounts (50%)

• Maintain daily income, expense and payment records.
• Prepare salary calculations and monthly payroll summaries.
• Track merchant settlements, commissions and delivery expenses.
• Maintain invoices, receipts and financial documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, cash-flow tracking and monthly reports.
• Coordinate GST documentation and statutory compliance with the company's accountant.
• RequirementsB.Com, BBA, MBA or a relevant qualification.
• Basic practical knowledge of HR administration and accounting.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of bookkeeping, payroll and financial documentation.
• Good communication, organisation and numerical skills.
• Ability to manage both HR and Finance tasks independently.
• Freshers with relevant skills may apply.
