Job Description
About the job:
Hands-on installation role at SOLAR CONNECT covering both rooftop solar systems and EV charging stations. Work on real projects from day one — across our Solar EPC and E-Charge 24BY7 EV division.
Your work will include:
- Install solar mounting structures, panels, inverters, and wiring on rooftop sites
- Install AC wall-box and DC fast EV chargers at homes and commercial sites
- Commission systems and support KSEB net meter inspection
- Follow all electrical safety and PPE norms on site
We are looking for:
- ITI (Electrician / Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 1–4 years solar installation experience
- Comfortable working at heights daily
- Valid driving licence; able to travel across Kerala
- EV charger installation experience is a bonus — we train
