Job Description
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Jewellery Sales Executives from different part of kerala to join our showroom team. We welcome qualified candidates from across Kerala with proven expertise in retail jewellery sales, strong persuasive techniques, and exceptional customer communication skills.
We are leaning towards more to find suitable candidates who are willing to relocate to Trivandrum from Kottayam, Thrissur or Pathanamthitta.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom walk-ins, understand buyer preferences (wedding purchases, investment, gifting), and showcase matching jewellery designs.
Product Presentation: Articulate product details clearly, including gold purity (hallmarking/KDM/916 standards), diamond grading, gemstone quality, making charges, and billing breakdowns.
Sales Conversion: Apply active listening and consultative closing techniques to convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales while achieving monthly targets.
Counter & Stock Care: Ensure showcase displays are well-organized, secure, spotless, and audited accurately during morning setup and evening stock reconciliation.
Client Relationship Management (CRM): Follow up on custom jewellery orders, repairs, festival promotions, and wedding purchase consultations to foster repeat business.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 0–15 years of hands-on sales experience in a gold, diamond, or premium jewellery showroom.
Communication: Fluent in Malayalam (essential). Working proficiency in English and Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.
Sales Competence: Deep knowledge of customer handling, upselling, cross-selling matching sets, and handling customer price/making charge negotiations diplomatically.

Base Salary: Competitive monthly fixed pay commensurate with experience and industry benchmarks.
