Job Summary-We are looking for energetic and responsible Pickers & Packers to work at a Blinkit dark store. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products from designated locations, packing customer orders, and ensuring orders are ready for timely dispatch.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products accurately from the store shelves based on customer orders.
• Check product quantity, quality, expiry dates, and packaging before dispatch.
• Pack orders safely and appropriately to prevent damage or leakage.
• Scan products and orders using the store's handheld/mobile system.
• Ensure orders are prepared within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store and packing area.
• Arrange and replenish products on shelves when required.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and store team members for smooth order handover.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Ability to read basic Hindi/English or the local language.
• Basic smartphone handling skills.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
