Job Description
About the job:
SOLAR CONNECT is hiring Sales Consultants for our Solar EPC and EV Charging divisions. You will meet customers, explain our products, and close deals. We train you on technical basics — you bring the drive.
Your work will include:
- Visit customers and explain solar/EV charging options
- Convert leads to sales and meet monthly targets
- Update CRM after every visit and follow-up
- Coordinate with the projects team after deal closure
We are looking for:
- 1–4 years field sales experience (solar, electrical, FMCG, real estate — any background)
- Good communication in Malayalam
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Target-driven and comfortable with daily field visits
