Business Support Executive (BSE)

We are hiring a Business Support Executive (BSE) for a leading financial services company.

Job Locations:

Edappal, Vadakkenchery, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur Round North, Thrissur Kokkalai

Salary:

₹21,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to branch visitors and customer queries

• Handle telephone calls and respond to client enquiries

• Explain the company’s products and services to customers

• Maintain regular contact with existing clients through calls and meetings

• Prospect for new clients through cold calling, appointments, and references

• Provide information on different investment options

• Assist clients with investment application forms and account opening

• Update clients on Mutual Fund schemes, NFOs, IPOs, and market trends

• Provide after-sales service, follow-up, and client retention support

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Branch Head

• Make required entries in the branch back-office system

• Support branch promotional activities

• Handle account-related activities, branch records, expenses, and reconciliation

• Maintain documents and registers required for branch operations

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Comfortable with sales, client follow-up, and cold calling

• Experience in banking, broking, mutual funds, insurance, NBFC, financial services, sales, or customer service will be preferred

• Malayalam communication skills preferred
