Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR activities and employee coordination in our hospital.

• ResponsibilitiesHandle complete recruitment and hiring for doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative and support staff.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files, appointment letters, contracts, attendance, leave, and other HR records.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing and employee-related issues.
• Assist management with salary fixation, increments, and compensation based on experience and qualifications.
• Coordinate with accounts/payroll for monthly salary processing.
• Monitor manpower requirements based on patient flow and hospital workload.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Implement HR policies, rules, procedures, and organizational standards.
• Support management in improving employee discipline, productivity, and overall hospital operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
• Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, and staff performance.
• RequirementsGraduate with MBA/PGDM/MSW/MHRM in HR preferred.
• Previous experience in HR, preferably Hospital/Healthcare HR.
• Good experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
• Strong employee coordination and people-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee management, and workplace regulations.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
