Safety Officer

We are looking for safety-focused professionals to support road safety, driver compliance, and safe fleet operations across multiple locations in India.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

· Monitor driver behaviour via ADAS; ensure T+1 corrective actions

· Lead incident RCA & CAPA; ensure 100% closure

· Ensure fleet roadworthiness via inspections & audits

· Drive PPE compliance (100%) through inventory management, audits & awareness

· Conduct HIRA, safety audits, and reporting

· Track unsafe acts, trends, and implement preventive actions

· Ensure emergency equipment & plan readiness

· Conduct safety campaigns, awareness and safety promotion activities on fatigue management, safe driving, emergency management, seasonal safety and other important topics as decided.

· Zero fatalities/serious injuries

· <2 accident frequency rate

• · 100% compliance (ADAS, PPE, audits, Customer needs, CAPA)

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or a related field.

💼 Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.

⭐ Preferred Background: Experience in road safety, transport safety, fleet operations, driver training, or commercial vehicle operations will be an added advantage.

🔹 Required Skills

• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of road safety practices and driver compliance.
• Willingness to work on-ground across operational locations.
