SHOWROOM MANAGER – JEWELLERY Experience: 5–10 Years

Jewellery Retail Experience: MANDATORY

·        Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

·        Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

·        Drive sales, customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat business.

·        Handle VIP and high-value customers professionally.

·        Ensure excellent customer service and showroom standards.

·        Monitor stock, product display, billing, and operational activities.

·        Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.

·        Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations effectively.

·        Ensure compliance with company SOPs, discipline, security, and grooming standards.

·        Candidate Requirements5–10 years of experience in Jewellery Retail is mandatory.

·        Previous experience as a Showroom Manager / Store Manager preferred.

·        Strong leadership and team-management skills.

·        Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

·        Good knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery.

·        Excellent communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.

·        Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.
