Customer Relationship Manager

WFH ( WORK FROM HOME) Tirunelveli We are looking for a confident CRM & Sales Executive to join Moto Marvels.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling ability and the confidence to convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences
• Explain vehicle details clearly and professionally
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication
• Convert enquiries into appointments, inspections, bookings and sales
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally
• Maintain and update CRM / Customer database with complete lead details
• Keep track of pending follow-ups and ensure no genuine lead is missed
• Match customers with suitable available vehicles
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals
• Coordinate with the vehicle/showing team until booking and delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Speaks confidently and knows how to convince customers
• Has strong sales & negotiation skills
• Can handle different types of customers patiently
• Is proactive with follow-ups
• Is target-oriented and hungry to achieve results
• Can identify a serious buyer and move them towards closing
• Has basic computer/CRM knowledge
• Used-car / automobile sales experience is preferred

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Education: Graduate preferred

Language: Tamil + Basic English

Age: 18–45
