Job Description

A Gold Loan Sales Executive promotes and sells gold loan products to new and existing customers while meeting monthly sourcing and revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Source new gold loan customers through open market campaigns, cold calling, field visits, and local networking.
  • Customer Engagement: Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to clients.
  • Document Verification: Collect and verify essential KYC and asset documents from applicants.
  • Branch Coordination: Work with internal appraisal and operations teams to ensure smooth processing, valuation, and quick disbursement.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales productivity metrics
