Front Office Associate / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.

- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

- Manage reservations, room allocations and guest requests.

- Attend guest calls, queries and complaints promptly.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

- Maintain accurate guest records and Front Office documentation.

- Handle billing and payment procedures as required.

- Ensure proper shift handover and daily Front Office operations.

- For Supervisor: Monitor shift activities, guide Front Office staff and handle guest escalations.

Requirements

- Previous hotel Front Office experience preferred.

- Good communication and guest-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS/software preferred.

- Willing to work rotational shifts.

- Positive attitude and professional grooming.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
