About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and documentation at our RMC plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Sales invoices, purchase bills & expense entries
- Tally Prime & MS Excel
- Petty cash and daily cash management
- Diesel purchase & consumption records
- Customer receivables & supplier payables
- Bank reconciliation
- RMC dispatch, delivery challan & billing records
- Material purchase and inventory documentation
- Daily/weekly/monthly accounts & MIS reports
- Maintain bills, vouchers and supporting documents
- Coordinate with plant, dispatch, purchase and accounts teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime & Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST & accounting principles
- Good numerical and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working at a plant location
- RMC, construction, manufacturing or building-material experience preferred

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month, based on experience and skills.
