Mbox Capital Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is a fintech-based lending service provider focused on helping businesses and individuals access suitable financial solutions through a wide range of lending products.

We are expanding our branch network and are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Tirupur operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the Tirupur branch business and sales targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSME owners, entrepreneurs, DSA/DST partners, connectors and other business channels.

- Generate and manage leads for:

 - Business Loans

 - Unsecured Business Loans

 - Loan Against Property (LAP)

 - Secured Business Loans

 - Other financial products

- Build and manage a strong sales team and drive individual as well as branch-level performance.

- Recruit, train, motivate and monitor Sales Managers and Sales Executives.

- Develop new DSA/channel partner relationships to increase business volumes.

- Ensure regular lead generation, login, approval and disbursement activities.

- Coordinate with credit, operations and lending partners for smooth case processing.

- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, login, approval and disbursement numbers.

- Conduct regular branch reviews and prepare MIS/performance reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending partner guidelines.

- Identify new business opportunities in Tirupur and surrounding industrial/MSME markets.

- Achieve monthly revenue, login and disbursement targets.

Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Financial Services sales.

- Prior experience in Business Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, MSME Loans or secured/unsecured lending will be preferred.

- Experience managing a sales team is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of the Tirupur market and local business/MSME segment will be preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to build and manage a team.

- Candidates with an existing DSA/connector/business network in Tirupur will have an added advantage.
