Job Description

Collection ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities:

  • Handle collection of overdue loan/EMI payments from customers.
  • Visit customers and follow up for pending payments.
  • Maintain regular customer communication and payment records.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets and improve collection efficiency.
  • Resolve customer queries related to overdue payments.
  • Update daily collection activities and field visit reports.
  • Coordinate with the branch team for effective recovery and customer service.

Eligibility:

  • 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work in field operations
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
