Field Executive

1. Field Visits & Customer Verification

  Visit assigned customers at their registered addresses and verify their contact and basic customer details.

2. Credit Card Debt Collection

  Meet customers personally and follow up on outstanding credit card dues to ensure timely payment.

3. Payment Follow-up

  Communicate with customers regarding their pending dues, payment schedules, and available repayment options.

4. Customer Identification & Verification

  Verify customer information and identify the correct customer/address using the details provided by the company.

5. Persuasion & Negotiation

  Professionally explain the importance of clearing overdue payments and persuade customers to make the required payment.

6. Daily Field Visits

  Plan and complete daily customer visits according to the assigned collection targets and locations.

7. Payment & Commitment Tracking

  Record customer payment commitments and regularly follow up until the committed payment is received.

8. Collection Target Achievement

  Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets set by the organization.

9. Maintain Visit Reports

  Update details of customer visits, discussions, payment commitments, and collection status accurately.

10. Professional Customer Handling

  Handle customers politely and professionally while following company policies, ethical collection practices, and applicable guidelines.
