Job Description

Telecaller – Interior Products & Hardware (Trichy)

Company: Ajantha Aluminium Agencies.

Location: 32 A/6, Ramamurthy Nagar, Karur Bypass Road, Trichy

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Experience: 1 year in Telecalling preferred

Job Type: Full-Time | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days/Week (Sunday Off)

Job Description:

  • Handle incoming customer/dealer calls and enquiries on interior & hardware products
  • Call existing customers to generate repeat orders and follow up on enquiries
  • Follow up daily on quotations, orders, and payment collections
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
  • Update call details and daily reports accurately in Excel/CRM

Requirements:

  • Good communication and persuasive skills
  • Pleasant, patient telephone manner
  • Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi added advantage
  • 12th/Diploma preferred
