Job Description
Visit customers at their registered addresses for payment collection.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
Explain outstanding amounts, payment schedules, and settlement options.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, commitments, and payments.
Provide regular updates to the Collection Manager.
Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the telecalling and collections team.
Submit daily collection and field visit reports.
Follow company policies and legal guidelines while dealing with customers.
