About the Role Shubham Solar Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Udaipur.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers and generate business opportunities.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calls, leads, references, and other channels.
• Connect with potential customers and understand their solar energy requirements.
• Explain company products and solar solutions to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers in the assigned area.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated about the company's solar products, services, and offerings.
• Candidate Requirements
• Experience: Fresher to 6 months / relevant sales experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM/ ZOHO tools will be an advantage.
