Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA)

About the RoleShubham Solar Solution is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate who can drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve assigned targets.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads through calls, references, and other channels.
  • Identify potential customers and understand their solar requirements.
  • Explain solar products and solutions and handle customer queries.
  • Manage follow-ups and the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new market and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain lead and sales records in CRM.
  • Handle negotiations and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with calling and customer meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
  • Experience in the Solar/Energy sector will be an added advantage.
