Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA)

About the RoleShubham Solar Solution is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate who can drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve assigned targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads through calls, references, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and understand their solar requirements.
- Explain solar products and solutions and handle customer queries.
- Manage follow-ups and the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new market and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM.
- Handle negotiations and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with calling and customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Experience in the Solar/Energy sector will be an added advantage.
