The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, along with experience in insurance policy sales and team management.

• Generate leads and identify potential insurance customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to customers.
• Drive insurance sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Recruit, guide, and manage insurance advisors.
• Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
• Monitor team performance and support business growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant sales or insurance experience.
• Strong communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, as per skills and experience.
• Incentives: ₹90,000+ based on performance.
