Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef/cook with daily kitchen operations.
- Help with cutting, chopping, cleaning and basic food preparation.
- Wash and maintain kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean and hygienic.
- Assist in receiving and arranging kitchen supplies.
- Maintain proper food hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the chef and other kitchen staff during busy hours.
- Follow instructions and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel, hostel, restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
- Should be hardworking, punctual and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
