Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹12,000 based on performance
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Drive business growth through customer acquisition and sales activities.
- Monitor loan applications, documentation, and disbursement processes.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups and maintain portfolio quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Track team performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, finance, banking, or NBFC.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the local market in Ujjain will be an advantage.
