Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities at Ananta Resort, Ujjain. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, labourers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction and development work is completed smoothly, on time, and as per the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labourers to ensure timely execution of site work.
- Supervise daily construction, civil, interior, and finishing activities.
- Monitor work progress, quality, material usage, and manpower at the site.
- Ensure vendors and contractors complete assigned work within deadlines.
- Report daily progress, delays, material requirements, and site issues to management.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and proper coordination among all teams.
- Follow up regularly with vendors to resolve issues and keep work moving efficiently.
