Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, energetic, and result-oriented Hotel Marketing Executive who possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality marketing, and a passion for customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should be capable of promoting Railway Hotel Avantika professionally, building strong relationships with pilgrims, tourists, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and group organizers.

Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

Strong knowledge of hotel marketing, hospitality services, and customer relationship management.

Ability to attract pilgrims, tourists, families, and group travelers visiting Ujjain.

Confident, polite, professional, and impressive personality.

Ability to explain hotel facilities and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotion, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation.

Strong networking abilities with travel agents, tour operators, pilgrimage organizers, and corporate clients.

Creative thinking, positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented working style.

• Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
• Good command of Hindi; English communication skills will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Railway Hotel Avantika and its AC rooms, dormitories, family accommodation, cottages, pure vegetarian restaurant, parking, and other guest facilities.

Build customer confidence, develop long-term relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
