Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive team performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and achieving business targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently
• Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and salon supplies
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Achieve sales targets and promote salon services and products
• Manage appointments, schedules, and staff attendance
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in salon or retail management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Good knowledge of salon services, trends, and products
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, scheduling, etc.)
