Job Description
Store Assistant (Admin & Finance Department)
- Experience: 2 – 4 Years (Inventory Management in Hospitality or Retail Warehouses)
- Education: Graduate in Commerce / Arts (B.Com / B.A.)
- Key Skills: Inventory Control, FIFO / FEFO, Stock Reconciliation, ERP Bin Cards, Store Intake, Materials Management
Key Responsibilities:
Control inventory intake, safeguard raw materials, enforce FIFO storage protocols, and issue daily requisitions.
• Inspect incoming groceries, perishables, beverages, linens, and cleaning chemicals against purchase orders.
• Maintain bin cards, store ledgers, and computerized ERP stock balances with exact batch and expiry tags.
• Issue daily ingredients to kitchen sections, bar, and housekeeping based on approved authorized requisition slips.
• Implement strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) material movement.
• Conduct weekly physical spot-checks and end-of-month stock reconciliations alongside the Accounts Manager.
