Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding payments.
- Visit customers in the field for payment collection, as required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Contact customers through phone calls and reminders for pending payments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update collection records.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the branch team and reporting manager regarding collection performance.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.
