About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and responsible Female Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, generate new business enquiries and follow up with existing leads.

The candidate will communicate with jewellery shop owners, wholesalers, retailers and other business clients and introduce them to ANWARA ART’s jewellery display products and showroom design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.

* Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other sources.

* Explain our products, pricing and services clearly to customers.

* Understand customer requirements and collect proper details.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

* Convert enquiries into genuine sales opportunities.

* Coordinate with the sales/operations team for quotations and customer requirements.

* Maintain daily call and follow-up records.

* Update customer information and lead status regularly.

* Build professional relationships with jewellery businesses.

* Meet monthly calling, follow-up and lead-generation targets.

Preferred Skills

* Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English preferred.

* Confident and polite while speaking with customers.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.

* Comfortable making multiple calls every day.

* Good follow-up and convincing ability.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Previous telesales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and communication skills.
