Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Communicate with doctors/clients regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

Keep clients updated about ongoing campaigns, content, leads, and deliverables.

Handle client queries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.

Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client experience.

Coordinate for content approvals, meetings, payments, and required client information.

Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or additional services.

Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements, and status in the CRM.

Support the sales and growth team in client retention and upselling opportunities.

Ensure timely resolution and escalation of client concerns when required.
