Job Description

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.

Take customer orders accurately and process billing/POS transactions.

Prepare shakes, beverages, desserts and other products as per company SOPs.

Maintain product quality, portion control and presentation standards.

Follow food safety, hygiene and personal grooming standards.

Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, counter, kitchen and equipment.

Handle cash, UPI, card and other payments accurately.

Assist in opening and closing outlet activities.

Check stock, arrange ingredients and report shortages or damages.

Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures.

Minimize product wastage and maintain proper inventory handling.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Follow assigned shifts, weekly-offs and attendance procedures.

Maintain punctuality, discipline and professional behavior.

Support the Outlet Manager and team during peak hours.

Follow all company policies, SOPs and management instructions.

Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Perform other outlet-related duties assigned by the reporting manage
