🧾 *Job Description:* E-commerce Executive
*Location:* Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)
🎯 *Role Overview*
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will have to work on catalog management, listing products on platforms like Amazon/Myntra, handling order fulfillment, inventory updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
🛠 *Key Responsibilities*
• *Product Listing & Catalog Management*
o Create and update listings on Amazon, Myntra and our Website
o Generate SKUs, FBA SKUs, and update product attributes and descriptions
o Ensure accurate catalog data and troubleshoot listing errors
• *Inventory & Warehouse Coordination*
o Update and monitor stock levels across online channels and internal warehouse
o Coordinate inward/outward inventory movements
o Work closely with warehouse team for dispatch planning
• *Order Management & Logistics*
o Log and process B2C/B2B orders
o Track shipments and communicate order status to stakeholders
o Coordinate returns and replacements
• *Reporting & Documentation*
o Maintain order logs and shipment records digitally
✅ *Required Skills & Qualifications*
• 0-1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or catalog management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Myntra and Wordpress
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot listing or order errors
