Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job DescriptionMadhav Traders is looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, generating sales opportunities, following up with existing and potential customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate sales leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure maximum sales conversion.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak Gujarati and Hindi confidently. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and customer data management.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn and grow.
