Job Description

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Introduce and explain the company’s Ayurvedic raw materials and products.

Generate new business leads through telephone calls.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.

Maintain regular communication with customers and build good business relationships.

Update customer details, enquiries, and follow-up status.

Coordinate with the team for leads and customer requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
