Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: Fixed salary per month + Attractive Incentives

After Probation:

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain insurance and loan products in a clear and professional manner.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the CRM/Excel.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome; telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (Basic English preferred).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive communication.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
