Job Description
An Admissions & Career Counsellor for an IT training institute handles the dual responsibility of engaging prospective learners and guiding them into strategic enrollments through personalized career counseling. They communicate technical course value propositions, resolve student inquiries, manage CRM databases, and consistently achieve monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Engagement & Outreach: Initiating strategic contact with prospective learners, addressing inquiries, and articulating the value of advanced IT programs like Software Development, Cloud Computing, and Data Science.
Academic & Career Consultation: Assessing student backgrounds, mapping out viable tech career trajectories, and addressing specific inquiries regarding curriculum, fee structures, and placement opportunities.
Enrollment Management: Effectively nurturing qualified leads through the consultative sales pipeline to convert interest into active student enrollments.
CRM & Pipeline Administration: Maintaining precise records of prospect interactions, scheduling follow-ups, and managing foundational enrollment documentation.
