Area Lead Architect
- Study and implement the ITB documents / FEED Drawings, Review MTO / BOQ for building works.
- Review architectural designs/drawings for industrial buildings such as Control rooms, Substations, Admin blocks etc.
- Ensure designs meet oil & gas industry standards and local building codes.
- Review drawings & 3D models.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams for integrated design solutions.
- Interface with Client / PMC and execution team
- Experience in Middle East region's project is must.
- Lead architectural design activities for assigned project areas
- Develop and review architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and design deliverables
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and applicable standards
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplines for design integration
- Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical discussions and approvals
- Review architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Support construction activities and resolve site queries
- Ensure adherence to project quality, timelines, and deliverables
