Job Position: Assistant Store Manager
Department: Retail Operations
Reporting To: Outlet Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Outlet Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, customer handling, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene and operational standards inside the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Support smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
- Ensure floor cleanliness, display arrangement, and product presentation.
- Monitor staff grooming and discipline.
- Assist in staff briefing and task allocation.
- Ensure counters, tasting trolley, racks, and fridge are clean and organized.
- Monitor product tagging, MFG dates, and expiry checks.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in checking daily reports, sales tracking, wastage, and SOP compliance.
- Support stock checking, GRN verification, and inventory management.
- Ensure washroom, seating area, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the Outlet Manager for operational improvements.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / HSC preferred
- 2–5 years of retail or food industry experience
