Job Description

  • Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs
  • Listen to and document customer complaints and service requests
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service technicians
  • Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle’s issues and the repairs needed
  • Review service history and recommend necessary services or repairs
  • Ensure customer approval before performing any additional repairs
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
  • Provide follow-up service and maintain communication with customers during the repair process
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
  • Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
  • Manage work orders, invoices, and billing details
  • Ensure that the service center meets quality standards and customer satisfaction goals
