Job Description

  • Evaluate credit proposals from real estate developers, infrastructure firms, and SME Firms.
  • Evaluate borrower financials (balance sheet, P&L, cash flows, annual reports) to assess creditworthiness and support decision-making.
  • Analyze financial statements, project cash flows, promoter background, market potential, and business viability.
  • Prepare detailed credit appraisal notes and present to bank/ NBFC
  • Coordinate with legal, technical, and valuation teams for comprehensive appraisal.
  • Liaise with external agencies (Bank/NBFC,CAs, valuers, legal firms) for verification and reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and post-sanction compliance (e.g., charge creation, disbursal conditions).
  • Ensure timely collection of post-disbursal documents and monitor partly disbursed cases.
  • Maintain MIS and conduct periodic reviews of portfolio, policies, and processes.
