Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to join our team for Mutual Fund Back Office Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and maintaining mutual fund transactions and records
- Handling purchase, redemption, switch, SIP and related requests
- Updating client and transaction data accurately
- Coordinating with AMCs, RTA and internal teams
- Checking and reconciling transaction reports
- Handling documentation and maintaining proper records
- Responding to operational queries and ensuring timely resolution
- Following compliance and operational procedures
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline; finance-related qualification preferred
- Knowledge of mutual funds and financial services will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
