📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
🏢 Work Mode: Onsite
🌙 Shift: US Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

📌 Position: Bench Sales Technical Recruiter
CyberSkillNexus is looking for an energetic and experienced Bench Sales / Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Vadodara.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and market IT consultants on bench
• Work on C2C, W2 & 1099 requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and clients
• Negotiate rates and close positions
• Submit consultants to relevant requirements
• Handle OPT, H1B, GC & USC profiles
• Maintain strong vendor/client relationships
• Track submissions, interviews and placements
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing
✅ Hands-on Bench Sales experience
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Good understanding of US visa/work authorization
✅ Ability to work independently and meet targets
✅ Willingness to work onsite in Vadodara
